Our Foundational Course: Track A
All classes can be attended remotely!
As alternative healing and treatment modalities become widely used and practiced, we are finding that safe and meaningful integration work is needed more than ever. We believe that before a person can guide another through a meaningful process of integration, it is essential they are continuing on their own journey of healing to explore, revisit and deepen their own knowledge of themselves. All of our programs support others in deepening their own inner journeys as the primary modality to utilize and draw upon while navigating this human existence and in order to effectively support others in their own healing and integration work. Personal development and inner exploration is the heart of our programs and services. Using time-tested techniques like drumming, art, aromatics, etc. our course participants will dive deeply into their own hearts, histories, minds and souls. This step is integral to our human healing processes whether or not we embark upon a path to pass on our knowledge of integration practices and whether or not we choose to support others on their own paths toward wholeness. We will work with tools ranging from ancient ritual to modern psychology as we explore our inner realms in greater depth. We believe these practices are integral and at the core of our personal healing process.
Our Personal Inner Work comes first!
Through the process of developing our coaching program, we continued to find ourselves returning to the same place—that it is our willingness to engage in our inner work and exploration that brings us clarity, success, and the ability to show up effectively for our clients through the years. It is from this recognition that Track A: Personal Development and Integration Program was designed, and we consider it to be the heart of all our courses.
Track A is a prerequisite for all of our training/certificate programs that we offer and is the course where your journey begins! If you've ever wanted more time with our instructors or wished to be guided in greater depth into your own personal exploration, this course was designed for you. Maybe you're already a clinician, coach, mentor, therapist or practitioner and/or if you are feeling the need to expand and refocus again—Track A will help you deepen your own inner work and will provide you with personal experience in integration methods and techniques.
Who might benefit from enrolling in this course:
There are no prerequisites for participating in Track A. We invite you to come with an open mind and the willingness to engage with yourself in a new way, opening the door for new possibilities. Each time we are willing to look within and be open/honest with all parts of ourselves, there is an opportunity to access another layer of deeper healing. This course provides multiple opportunities to experience the act of self-care by fully attending to and caring for all the parts of you.
Throughout the course you will learn how to safely and skillfully explore the physical mental, emotional, spiritual and collective aspects of the psyche in a more supportive and thorough manner—specifically post-psychedelic and altered states experiences. This will occur primarily through delving deeper with support into our own psyches and working with our own archetypal shadow aspects in a supported manner.
We will explore the shamanic realms of non-ordinary reality through safe practices such as the use of drumming, dream recollection and guided journeys. Each participant will also receive individual sessions introducing the use of shamanic energy practices. How to conduct these sessions will be taught in a later course, however you will be exposed to and receive the benefit of various shamanic energetic practices to deepen the connection with the self along your journey.
This is not an accreditation program but rather an experiential journey where you will adopt tools and practices for self-support and discovering your authentic self. At the end of the course you will receive a Certificate of Completion and you will be able to subsequently share the knowledge and tools learned with those you support. Our hope for you is that through the process of diving deep into the self, personal gifts, ideas and tools emerge for you beyond what we present. Let’s open the gateway of possibility and creativity together by shedding our old patterns and limitations, while expanding the power of our authentic selves.
